Shattered SMP

1.1 By joining Shattered SMP, you confirm that you are 13 years of age or older.

1.2 Participants under the age of 13 are not permitted to join the server, take part in events, or access any related Shattered SMP spaces.

1.3 If you are found to be under 13, you must leave the server immediately and will not be allowed to participate again.

1.4 Staff reserve the right to remove any participant if age requirements are violated.

2.1 Shattered SMP operates using scripted content, planned storylines, timed events, and controlled environments.

2.2 Participants must comply at all times with instructions from Server Staff, Directors, Event Coordinators, Actors, and designated authorities.

2.3 Failure to follow instructions may result in immediate removal or permanent ban.

To preserve the integrity of scripted content, the following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Disrupting or interrupting scripted scenes
• Breaking immersion or derailing story progression
• Ignoring staff or actor cues
• Accessing restricted or backstage areas
• Using glitches, exploits, or unauthorized client modifications
• Attempting to leak or obtain unreleased story details
• Harassing other players, staff, or creators

Staff may remove any player whose behavior interferes with production or story flow.

4.1 Many Shattered SMP activities are part of recordings, livestreams, or future published content.

4.2 During events, participants must:

• Stay in assigned areas
• Follow timing, movement, and dialogue cues
• Avoid interacting with props or mechanisms unless directed
• Not act in ways that disrupt the narrative or filming

5.1 Participants are not permitted to record, screenshot, stream, or capture any content unless explicitly authorized by Staff.

5.2 No media may be posted, published, leaked, or shared until the official Shattered SMP content creators have publicly uploaded their content covering the event or storyline. This includes:

• Videos & Streams
• Screenshots & Clips
• TikToks, Shorts & Reels
• Discord uploads
• Social media posts of any kind

5.3 Violations may result in:

• Permanent ban from Shattered SMP
• Removal from all future SMP content
• Takedown requests for unauthorized uploads
• Loss of privileges or roles

6.1 By participating, you grant Shattered SMP permission to record, use, and publish your in-game character, voice, and actions in episodes, livestreams, promos, shorts, and social media.

6.2 Participants will not receive financial or material compensation for appearing in collected footage.

6.3 The no-publishing policy remains in effect until creators officially release related content.

7.1 Shattered SMP may store gameplay-related data such as usernames, logs, and event participation.

7.2 No personal information is shared externally unless required by law.

8.1 Shattered SMP is not responsible for lag, crashes, data loss, or changes in storylines or events.

8.2 Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

9.1 Staff decisions are final.

9.2 Any violation of this Agreement may result in temporary or permanent removal from the server.

Shattered SMP may update this EULA at any time. Continued participation after updates means acceptance of the revised terms.
